Honestly I can't believe we haven't had the opportunity to utilize something like this before. We've been able to offset a large portion of our lease cost by renting our spaces during off hours, effectively eliminating one of our largest cost, as well as rented commercial space through the platform for new, creative programming activations all over the city. Reactiv allows us to focus on impacting community rather covering our rent.

Our growing company can’t seem to add space quickly enough. We purchased a new building and started a build-out that required us to find a temporary location.
