Located in the heart of Lohi, our space has a rich and robust history that’s filled with plenty of heart, grit and good old-fashioned character. Long before it was a coffee house, this building was known for a different kind of brew—Coors beer, to be exact. Opened as a combination live theater and bar in the early 1900s, the Coors family held performances here to draw in customers who would then buy their beer, making it the first place Coors sold its product outside its bottling facility. This space is occupied by Black Eye Coffee. Our space can be rented during non-business hours, starting at 3:00 pm, 7 days a week. *We are open to all sort of events, people, and we work to accommodate your individual needs. We prefer to visit with you and understand your event fully before booking. At that time, we can talk about food, drinks, and other details. *Live music is prohibited *Pricing is for space only. Space must be returned to the original condition. You must clean, remove trash/debris, put furniture back, wipe down tables. *We charge a deposit because we are holding that date/time for you, preventing us from renting the space to someone else. The deposit becomes non-refundable as we get closer to the event date. Our fees exclude any staff or service, however, we can provide custom pricing for full-service events including in-house catering, beer/wine and specialty coffee.
